this is so exciting!

So this post has a butt-load of pictures, so I might as well hop to it. No small talk. Small talk is for pansies. Apparently. So, how is the weather where you are? Oops...pansy-talk...moving on.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6TH

I had to work on my birthday, which was pretty much the worst thing ever. I think my eyes rolled back into my head a few times from utter annoyance. About half-way through the day, I received these...

The note attached was my favorite part. I nearly cried :)
After work, Ted and I got all dressed up and went out to dinner. Ted had made reservations TWO WEEKS in advance for dinner at The Landmark. I am still blown away by Ted's thoughtfulness. He is usually a serious nerd. haha!

The restaurant had this fancy gazebo. No, Movie Edward wasn't there...I checked.
After dinner we went home, ate bread pudding, and watched season 3 of the O.C. Kind of lame now that the show is in the 3rd season. But scandalous shows always entertain me. I mean...I only watch Bible movies. kthanxbye.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH

On Saturday I organized a serious girl's night out/bday party at The Cheesecake Factory. 14 girls came, and it was freakin awesome. I even got to meet two bloggers that I loved in blogland, but love even more in real life.

Funny story about this waiter. So I posted this photo on my Facebook, and pretty much 6 different people commented saying they "LOVE(d) TORRE!" Everyone in the freakin world knows this guy, and I never even saw him that night. It was a surprise in my camera. WTFreak? How many more of you know that guy? Other than Twin Jen...
Umm...Pocket Edward cheated on me. And I cried. But not really, because I didn't know about it.
Here is Pocket Edward praising my meal, that wasn't good in any way. He pretends he knows what food is good...but in reality he is just plastic, so he doesn't know anything. Anyway, the way my Tostada Salad was plated...it looked like boobs. Ask anyone. They would tell you.
Oh jeez...he was with SIERRA TOO? That Pocket Edward is a floozy.
My mom was such a good sport. I didn't even know she was in extreme pain all night, until she was able to go home and explode farts all the way into the wee hours of the morning. I hope she covered TJ bird with the blanket, because the fumes couldn't have been good for such a small birdy. Mom, tell me you protected TJ...
My home-girl Charity, got engaged the night before...we were so excited for her! Especially because it was to one of Ted's best friends! Yay! Kelci, cute shirt...can I have it? just kidding.
Look at that ridiculously skimpy free dessert that Cheesecake Factory "gifted" me with. Foolish.
I got to meet Mauri! And she is so cute! And beautiful! And soooo sweet! Love her! Yay!
I had previously met my twin, Jen...but we got to hang out for the first time that night. Jen, have I ever told you that I myspace stalked you for like...ever? I think I was too ashamed. But I myspace stalked you a long time ago, when myspace was considered cool among high school kids. Anyway...I got to meet Niki for the first time! Her blog is so delightful, and I loved meeting her, because she is so much more delightful in real life. Niki, you are beautiful and I am glad we are friends :)
Robin, my new sister-in-law, came and I was so glad because I have missed her! Yay :) Also, I got to sit next to my other twin, Melissa, the entire night and I am so glad, because I pretty much love her. She and I are so alike, it is quite scary.
Here are some of my BFF's. Sierra, pretty much looks like a blond, human Alice. Kelci, who I love but love even more because she got me a Costa Vida gift card. Brea, who I hadn't hung out with since graduation, is so beautiful. Connie, who has the cutest baby of all time, knitted me a scarf! I couldn't believe it :) And newly-engaged Christine, is the sweetest girl ever! Thanks girls, for coming!

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 8TH

My mom and dad are amazing, and they threw me a family birthday party :) My mom decorated in hot pink and black and white! Yay! We ate Sweet Pork salads, and they were pretty much bomb dot com.

Scratch everything nice I said about my mom...she is evil. She made me wait an entire 48 hours to open my presents, instead of letting me open them on my actual birthday! Grrrr...
But I shortly forgave her, when I discovered the amazing pillows she sewed for me!
Zach won the prize for BEST PRESENT EVER! He bought me the LOLcatz compilation of awesome pictures from the icanhascheezburger site! In.love.I.am.
My mom and dad gifted me with 4 polka dot pillows, a paper cutter, scrapbook supplies, "Stay Calm and Carry On" sign, notecards and FRONT ROW to Les Miserables! Umm, hello, awesome!
Ty made my cake from scratch. He makes the only cake I like. Love you Ty...even though you are a poopy butt sometimes. Wanna know what I wished for? I wished that Pocket Edward would stop smoochin' all the ladies.

Goals for my 21st year --> not be so white.
