I have a big announcement to make my friends...
I am pregnant.

My tummy grew quite fast. It was pretty much immediate. And it felt strangely like a fiber-fill pillow. Oh yes...because it WAS a fiber-fill pillow. It was rather comfy to sleep on my tummy with. I rather enjoyed it. I may or may not have kept that fiber-fill baby under my shirt for two hours while watching LOST. Who knows...Ok, so that isn't my big announcement to make. However, my dear friend Niki just found out she is pregnant, and it was the happiest news ever. Congratulations, sweetie!
So, here is my BIG NEWS! So, since I am innovative and cool, I came up with a national holiday. It's true. You probably haven't heard of Omar Appreciation Day before, and that's because I actually requested with the United States that the holiday not be observed, or put on any calendars. I hate when stuff get's commercialized. And, I feared "The Man" would do something to ruin my awesome holiday.
In hopes of keeping the holiday low-key, I decided to celebrate the holiday a month later than it was celebrated last year. Tomorrow, March 5th, is OMAR APPRECIATION DAY! Omar! It's your day! What are you going to do?! Want to know what I did on Omar Eve?
1. Pocket Edward suggested Golden Spoon
I thought Golden Spoon was quite appropriate for celebrating a holiday. I even slurged and added a topping on my yogurt. It's ok to go a little crazy on holidays.

2. We splurged a little more and bought a truck!
Omar, you can pretend we did it in celebration of your awesomeness, but I will tell everyone else the truth. We bought it because we have been juggling our lives with ONE car, until this weekend! We got this sweet ride for only 4,300, from Ty's friend! Yay!
3. We bid farewell to my EDWDCLN license plate :(
Every man I know is happy about this. I tell them to shut it! Anyway, this weekend, my parents transferred the title of my car to my name (instead of theirs) and the DMV told me I couldn't have my license plate anymore because it belongs to my dad. I am still pissed. Omar, enjoy!
Now, EVERYONE go and wish Omar a Happy Omar Appreciation Day.
Or I will be sad.
Because I made up the holiday.
Plus, Omar is funnier than anyone...so you will enjoy his blog if you hop on over.

I'm glad you're not really pregnant, because judging by how fast the baby grew I thought you were having a little Edward aka a Vampire baby! And that delivery seems like it would just really suck. ;)

why hate? its really because i am jealous that i have never had one, and i don't have a cool enough personality to ever get one... i mean, seriously, what would i put on it? iluvjeff? i have nothing original or cool about me- i cant just make a plate that says ME all over it. so since i can never have a personalized plate... i judge those who do. yes, i am a personalized plate hater.

Holly - To your first question...Yes, I wanted to be on Omar's sidebar. Mission Accomplished...and I believe I am the first person to ever write an entire post bribing someone to put them on a sidebar. It was awesome. I don't think it can ever be done again :) And, yes, I only put my twins on my sidebar because they are my twins. And I took off everyone else because my list look too long and it was messing with my Chi. I didn't know my twins were gone from my sidebar...sad!
Secondly, I was actually really hurt about the license plate comment you made on Omar's blog. When I found out about last Saturday that I couldn't keep it, I nearly cried, and it was really sad to me. Yes, that might sound stupid...but it was a really sad experience. It was a gift from my mom, and then to be told I couldn't keep it was discouraging. I am sorry you don't like personalized license plates.
On that note I ordered a new one. Pictures to come :)
