Yah, so this weekend I worked with a bunch of lifeguards, while doing skills testing for 200 lifeguard applicants.
It was pretty much the worst thing ever.
Have you ever talked to a lifeguard? (I can make fun...my brother was a lifeguard.)
Anyway...as we were talking, one of the girl lifeguards asked where I went to high school.
I said, "Westwood."
Her response?
HER: "Eww....did you like live in the ghetto?"
ME: "Yep...lived with straight up gangsters."
HER: "....eww...."
My question...if she thought I lived in the ghetto, wouldn't she be afraid to ask me that, in fear that I would pull out my brass knuckles and call up my gangster homies?
Anyway, here are some random things...

Some wanted to know how to wear a flower clip.
Here is one of the many ways I wear them...
I braid part of the hair to the side.
I clip with a cute barrette.
I arrange a messy side bun.
And then I clip it in :)

4. We are lamespice. And so is that sign.
So, I thought Sierra told me about a restaurant called "The Elephant Bar"...
So we tried it out, knowing they "had great coconut shrimp".
The food was delicious, so when we told Sierra we went there, you can imagine our surprise when she had no idea what "The Elephant Bar" was.
Yah....she had told us about "The Bamboo Club".
Aint no thang...

Adorable puppy! My dog died a few years back (really sad) and my parents are finally ready to get another. My goal when I'm home this summer is to make that happen. I can't wait to have a puppy to play with again.

I heart sweet potato fries so much. I'd marry them too. You can sometimes find them in the freezer section of the grocery store, but not in my lamespice small town (sorry to use your word but I couldn't help it--was the only word that was appropriate).
