since the tedward and i don't have television, we have to wait for our favorite tv shows to go to DVD. that's fine...i prefer it that way. we bought season 2 of gossip girl last week and i must say this: CHUCK RULES.

seriously. Iron Chef? he's the best one.

lula! convinced me to buy this young adult book for my vacation read. however, ted started reading it before i got the chance to pick it up. he said it was one of his favorite books of all time. well, i finally got a chance to start it and i must say...

The second book to Hunger Games came out yesterday: Catching Fire. I am dying to read it!
My husband and I LOVE Chuck Bass. He may be the skankiest one out of all of them, but, hey! He's Chuck Bass, so therefore it's ok. Bobby Flay is amazing...but I love Hunger Games even more...and Catching Fire...oh man, don't even get me started. I'm a huge nerd and read it in a day. I completely ignored my 2 year old, but he seems to be doing fine.

And I used to really hate Bobby Flay. I thought he was so arrogant. Until I started watching Throwdown, and now I love him! He's adorable and always so gracious.
The Hunger Games is one of my favorite books of all time. Unbelievable! I love the part with the flowers. It made me cry it was so beautiful. I can't wait to read catching fire.

Hunger Games has taken over my life! I won an autographed copy on Twitter last Saturday and have been forever changed! My single mother's budget is crying for me not to buy Catching Fire and to wait for it at the library but I can feel myself caving!

I bought Vampire Diaries when I was at the book store last week with my mom. She told me I had to go into the young adult section alone. She strolled Mont over to somewhere more 'adult' ha ha!! I laughed so hard. I told her the Young Adult books are always the best! Most imaginative and most fun. I have no idea what this book is about (the hunger games) but I will find out!

I'm listening to "The Hunger Games" on my iPod. I'm not very far, but I can't wait until I have a good chunk of time to just listen. It has definitely captured my attention. Love the Bobby Flay "Throwdowns." Did you see the "shrimp and grits" episode? The guy he went up against was such a sweetheart!
You can watch almost everything online (including gossip girl), although a lot of networks only keep the last 2 or 3 episodes on their websites.

SO WEIRD...We couldn't get TV where we lived in washington(out by the mountain) back in 2000, so we just haven't had it since.
I must say, when I first starting watching Gossip Girl( and my hubby watches it too) Lasers used to shoot out from my eyes at CHUCK I disliked him that much. But I knew there was a softer Chuck. And this season proved it. YAYAYYAYAY
We don't have t.v. either. I actually prefer to watch shows in a whole season, instead of waiting.
