In Real Life Rob is a dirty stinky guy that is a little to emo/grungy for me. But in the movies he's the clean cut, preppster I adore.
I've never seen Paul in a tabloid picture so I really don't know what to say except he is so hot. I'm glad he's on TV because then I can look at his "sweet abs" every Thursday :)

No, not Edward. Paul's nice looking but he just reminds me of a male model type. He doesn't have that tortured look that Rob can do. I have to believe that Edward has been suffering for a long time, that he's into the self loathing thing. Paul looks like someone who's gotten everything handed to him his whole life, on silver platters and wrapped in shiny red bows. So, no, I don't see him as a believable Edward.

I have to disagree! There is something about Rob - maybe it's his dorkiness, his sloppy ways, his awkward interviews - I don't know exactly what, but whatever IT is, makes him so much more endearing to me! Paul is cute, no doubt, but he's no Rob!

I TOTALLY agree. When Robert was named Edward I scratched my head a little...then gave him a chance. After the first movie I am still not seeing it but NOW...now I see Edward on the CW channel every week so it's all gravy.

YEA I'm #100 and YES I COMPLETELY agree! I always think that through every episode! When Boone was reading Twilight and making sarcastic remarks about sparkling I was like (earsplugged- lalalalala!!!!!) Because that is supposed to be Paul Wesley.
I watched my first episode while watching my friend's 1 year old. She woke up from her nap so i put her in her high chair with cheerios facing out the window away from me so I could finish the episode but spare her the violence! :) It was that good. :)
