i just found this picture, and i am totally laughing...
was this really only a year and a half ago? we look like babies.
and ted is wearing that watch. if you were wondering if i threw it away when we got married, i totally did.
and the stripes!...the STRIPES! we are twins.
anyway, this weekend i am looking forward to:
1. going to the pumpkin patch with tedward, and picking out the plumpest, most awkward pumpkin in the patch.
2. going to sprinkles and picking out two cupcakes each. there must be one to eat, and one for later! i will be getting coconut, and red velvet.
3. hoping tedward picks the pumpkin flavored cupcake, so i can steal it. but it won't really be stealing, because he is sweet and gives me anything i want.
4. putting the finishing glitz and glam touches on my halloween costume. sierra and i are are making matching costumes that will be fab. you will just have to wait and see!
5. snuggling with tedward while watching "the great pumpkin charlie brown". we love charlie brown around here.
6. making lula's recipe of roasted pumpkin seeds, and dreaming that it feels like fall here in Mesa.
7. driving to sedona to enjoy the changing leaves, to take pictures, and to eat a lovely picnic. hopefully snuggling will be involved...
8. listening to more michael buble. i am clearly obsessed.
9. enjoying our last days in our first home. i can't believe we will be moving so soon. it's bittersweet.
10. watching this video over and over again...

my babe has been trying to get me to watch the great pumpkin charlie brown for days now. maybe we'll watch it this weekend too. cuz now i'm starting to feel bad that i haven't humored him yet.
We were just in Sedona last week for vacation. It was beeeutiful! I had never bee before. We also spent 4 days in Tucson. It was like summer. I loved it. My home is in Nebraska, and it's just not that nice here. I haven't seen the sun since I have been back!!!
Its time for the primary program so thats where I will be. Yay!!! The otters... so darling.

Since the hubby is talking a class for work on Saturday, I'm going to bake the whole day! Making apple pie, chicken pot pie (to put in the freezer), chili for dinner, and if I'm feeling up to it I'll make another attempt at a loaf of bread. Awesome.

Sounds like fun! PS make sure you check on the Sprinkles website because they only offer certain flavors on certain days...I wouldn't want you to be disappointed if you went on a day they didn't have what you wanted.

Um. The otters holding hands was so cute I got a little sick. 'Spesh when the one came back to hold the other one's hand again. Did I shed a tear? Yes. Yes I did.
And this weekend shall be the epic-est ever. My daughter and hubby share the same birthday, so we're heading to Disneyland. She's turning 3, and it'll be her first time. We're so excited!

This weekend I will be working tomorrow but it's okay because we'll be running a Halloween party and get to dress up. I have my Renaissance Faire costume so I'm good to go! After that I am driving to Philadelphia where I'll be going on another date with the guy I've been going on a date with every weekend lately! I'm excited. :) Although terrified because I have never driven to Philly either. Then I'm working on Sunday. Til close. Boo.

What else am I looking forward to? Well, I wasn't excited about it, but now that it's done, I am. I FINISHED WINTERIZING THE YARD. And by winterizing, I mean I pulled up all the dead annuals, turned over all the mulched areas & added compost to my raised beds. I worked like a dog today. And now I'm tired. Tonight I will snuggle with my babies and my husband...and then go to sleep before 10 pm. Awesome.

pretty sure chad & i have been wanting to go to sedona for a couple weeks now! we thought it would be so fun to just get away for a weekend-just the two of us...& of course take some pics. ive never been there, but i hear its way pretty.
