don't be jealous or anything, but ted and i are straight up legit.
ted borrowed one of zach's old costumes (i can't believe it fit).
and he drew on his own lightening bolt scar (i was impressed).
i am pretty sure he makes a better harry than daniel ratcliffe...
sierra and i worked on our costumes together for the past few weeks.
we decided to be glammed out witches.
we had glittered tulle tutus. we sprayed glitter spray paint on our jeweled brooms and rosette-embellished witch hats. and we wore bling. we were pretty much ballin'...

I did not dress up for Halloween. I dressed up on Thurs for this casino night event. I basically dressed up did make-up and called myself a Hollywood Starlet.
Last night I made sparks and scared people in a dark hallway with an air cannon, good times, good times.

I love the glitter and tutus! My husband and I went as Russell the Wilderness Explorer and Carl the old man from the movie "UP." We had a blast together. We were pretty stunned to take home "Most Original Costume" for the night.

I went as KStew. It was pretty much the best costume idea I have ever came up with.
I was Snow White! Everyone appreciated my costume (stick with the classics, my friend.) And I was the real Snow White, not the slutty Snow White-esque nonsense. I was also legit.

Your costumes are GREAT! This year we threw a BIG Halloween bash for 17 people and 4 little monsters! Our apartment was PACKED to say the least, but it was so fun. I put together "Halloween Survivor" which was a total blast! My hubby and I were 'Before' and 'After' slimfast people. I STUFFED myself til I couldn't breath and my husband wore a musle man shirt.
ps I also made some of you white chocolate and marshmellow popcorn stuff- it was a major hit YUM!
Love it! Ted makes an awesome Harry Potter. I did the whole Cullen thing this year. I have to say that I officially know what the cast is talking about when they say the colored contacts are difficult.
I was the angel of death...I pretty much just wanted to wear black feather wings and be a bit scary. So I carried a sickle and wore black make-up. Everyone else was just trying to be sexy and so I thought it might be cool to be the scary one of the bunch. :)

My friend hosted a murder mystery dinner, and I played a fortune teller. I made a rainbow patchwork skirt this past spring, and I wore it with a white ruffled top and a black waist cincher. I used a $1 plastic ball as my crystal ball, the swirly tie dye pattern on it looked like 'mist.' The best part of the night? I was secretly a vampire!

I took her trick or treating and ending tripping, falling, and taking a header into a sewer! I was okay for the most part but I guess since I was wearing jeans and Chucks I was officially dressed as Bella!

Me and my best friend had planned this aaaawesome halloween party, but then she got sick and we had to cancel it. So we watched The Shining together and we almost peed our pants. To say that we are easily frightent are an understatement :p But that thing is freakin' scary!
I had planned to go as an zombie barbie or something. I am very pale to begin with so I figured I couldn't be a normal barbie ;p I was going to wear this kneeshort black dress and wear purple or darkred tights under. I would have been SO cool. But there's always next year, right? :)

You know something, I'm from Chile, and down here, it's not appropiate to celebrate Halloween
because it's not our tradition. Most people don't even know/understand the real meaning of Halloween, though people do
dress up and kids go out trick and treating. For people like me, Halloween (in southamericans countries) is a reason for the
merchants to sell more candy and get money from people's ignorance. If I were an USA native or a Great Britain native, the most probable
is that I'll dress up and participate in activities. So it makes me feel so angry when I watch the news or read the newspaper and found
articles about how the "Halloween fashion" is so trendy in my country. It makes me feel sad that we need to copy foreings traditions.
That being said, I love yours costumes!!

We took Alexandria out trick-or-treating for the first time with her BFF Emilie (they're 3!) and they were epically cute.
Then, we came back, ate chips and salsa and watched "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown." Awesome.
I went to the a big party at Utah State University. There were over 2000 people there and it was too crowded and too hot. But I dressed up as a gypsie and that was a lot of fun! Your costumes are super cute :) I love your blog!!!

Halloween for me this year was defined by dressing up in full pink as Frenchie from Grease. I was all dropped out of school with my pink dress, pink wig, pink ladies jacket, pink sunglasses.. etc. It was three people's birthday at my dorm so of course we celebrated with brownies and other deliciousness. Unfortunately there was no trick or treating involved for the first time in my life!! I'm still sad about that! I was the only one who gave out candy in my dorm, I put out one of those 79c pumpkin buckets from walmart full of dumdum lollies and other sugary candies. The festivities ended around 12:30 when everyone went to bed.. but my brother and I had too much tacos and brownies for sleep time so we walked down to the beach in the middle of the night with under all the stars and super bright moon. Then around 2:30am or 1:30 am..?? [i hate daylight savings adjustments!] we went back to the dorm for a movie but he picked Gattica.. weird but I guess it was okay. Sleep didn't arrive until 4:45ish.. Overall I had a good time. <3

I was a pilgrim because I found this hideous dress at a thrift store for 4 bones so I totally got it! Totally floor to neck ugly thing! My daughter was a ghost and a pumpkin! Awesome witchin time!
Hubby and I were hippies :-). His costume was way better than mine. But he had more time to spend on it. We had a Halloween Party October 24 to celebrate with our friends.
