FAQ and "a BBL giveaway!"

So, I get a lot of questions from people. A lot of these questions are the very same. I decided it would save everyone's time if I answered them right here for you. I rule. Yep.

Q. Lauren, are you engaged to Ted, or are you married?

A. Hm. Well, I sure hope we are married, because I have been calling him my husband for over a year. That would be embarrassing.

Q. Will you sell me your _____ ?

A. I am flattered that you want to buy something that I post, but unfortunately, I am very greedy and possessive of my things, ie: sofa, clothes, decor, husband. So as much as I would love to make a quick 500 dollars by selling Ted, I think I would eventually miss the glasses of ice water he brings me before bed.

Q. Where is the secret thrift store that you shop at?

A. Well, only 4 people know of my secrety thrift store of awesomeness...and frankly, that is 3 too many. I would love to share with you the wealth, but the again, my longing for the awesomeness of that thrift store overshadow the want to share. I will tell you this, my 2nd favorite thrift store is the Goodwill on Warner and McQueen. You are welcome :)

Q. How tall are you? Because you seem to be huge.

A. Well, my license reads 5'7", but that is a little different than reality. You see, when I got my license I was still taller than Tedward, and that bothered me, so I thought if I put that I was 5'7" on legal documentation, than naturally, I would shrink...or Ted would grow taller. My theory proved to be correct, because Ted grew taller. I never changed my license because that would be shunning the license fairies that blessed me in a time of need. In any event, I am 5'10" and Tedward is the same height.

Q. Does Ted read your blog? How does he feel about it?

A. No. and N/A.

Q. Lauren, why have you turned your back on Edward? How can you like other book characters the same?

A. First, it is impossible to turn my back on Edward, because Edward isn't real. Secondly, liking Peeta, and Jace doesn't mean I like Edward less. It's all about having fun people. Chillax.

I am so excited to announce this week's giveaway!

My friend, Alexandria, along with her two gal-pals, have a business where they custom make "scrappy blocks". These blocks are so so so darling. They customize them to say whatever you want, and they make them out of the paper of your choice!

I LOVE the one that says "family"...

Not only do they customize a message, they put your very own photos onto the other sides of the blocks! How cute is that?!

The Three Crafty Chicas want to give away a customizable block set to one of you! Which is awesome...duh.

I asked them a couple questions, of upmost importance:

1. Where did you get the idea to create such cute name/picture blocks?

Jilian: Well to be completely honest, I jacked the idea from a very dear friend...who doesn't mind at all...because she got the idea from somewhere else as well!

Alexandria: So, after Jil thieved the idea she made a set for my niece and I swooned over them! I immediately told her we should start a business and sell them. I am proud to say I was the first to order a set , and they were the best gift I had ever given to my mom! Srsly. The lady cried when she opened them!

2. What's your favorite food? Yes. That was random, but who cares.

Jilian: I care! Food is my second favorite hobby! It would be numero uno but I am a little vain and would like to NOT be huge...because that could and would happen if I let it. As of right now, pasta is my favorite...vague as it is...pasta with butter, parm, salt and pepper. (yes, if I had a trainer he would hate me..therefore that's why I only go to the gym to maintain)

4. This is of the upmost importance: Edward or Jacob?

Jilian: Edward, of course!

Alexandria: There really is only one right answer to that question...and that answer is Edward Cullen. Why? Um...hello he is hot; strong; and rock hard (that's what she said). Also, he sparkles in the sun...and since I am not the best when it comes to accessorizing, having that hot piece by my side sparkling away would totally count as my statement jewelry! I would never have to worry about purchasing overpriced statement necklaces again. Truth
