i'm not going to post about my christmas or anything, because now that it is a week later and everyone is christmassed out, i don't want to join the 5 billion people that posted a christmas recap, you know? it would feel forced. suffice it to say it was the best yet. i got a lot of analog camera equipment. and i loved spending time with ted and family. here is one of my favorite pics from christmas eve:
i am really thankful my body waited until the day after christmas to start feeling bad. yes...i am still sick. in fact, i have seen zero improvement. if we are being honest...i have been worsening. yesterday i laid in bed crying and rocking back and forth as my body couldn't decide if it was freezing cold, or if it was burning hot. this continued all day.
my attire all week has been jammies, which i am getting really sick of wearing. there has been numerous amounts of meals in bed, prepared by the caregiver, Tedward. I have been very grateful for the runs to walgreens to pick up my prescription. going to walmart to buy my makeup so i wouldn't feel so ugly being sick. picking me up a surprise hot-pink snuggie to keep me warm. and for sleeping on the sofa all week so i would have the whole bed.
i am also grateful for my brother who sent me pictures of his doggie, Mac, getting a bath. Ted and I love Mac so much. It's fun to live vicariously through Ty and Sierra...
So cute! Can't wait until ted and i can get a little doggie!

P.S. I have found out that Delsym is the least-awful of all of the cough medicines. It's still like trying to suck down polyjuice potion, but it's better than the rest.

Very cute puppy! We got a dog, then 3 years later we got pregnant, just saying! Anywho, I hope you feel better. I was sick to with and immense severe head cold. If this is what you have I highly recommend Zicam Extreme Congestion relief! It totally let me breathe and sleep, however you only can use it for 3 days otherwise it can be addictive!
first of all... OMGoodness we have the same exact phone. same color. it's great,ya? and second, i have a puppy just like that one! however...Baxter would not be so sweet to stay wrapped in his towel. he runs and rubs himself all over the house unless he is snatched immediately for blow-drying. haha. sorry you are sick! get better. :)

I'm sorry you're still sick. I get sick every single year the week of christmas. without fail, every single year. This year was sinusitus and an upper respiratory infection. oh the joy. I've been on antibiotics, and I'm just now started to feel a little better. I still have to take something at night to quiet my cough so that I can sleep. From what I've heard, it takes a few weeks to completely run its course. I hope you feel better soon :)
